+ & - How do I know (verify) my press release was sent?
After your press release is sent, we send you a confirmation by email with a list attached of all those who received it after 10 days (when requested). We suggest saving the money because in almost every case the media contacts the person on the press release for further details or your news release can be found online by just searching for a unique phrase contained within the release. While your press release is normally posted online within hours of its release, it may take a few weeks or longer be fore search engines list it in their main index.

+ & - Can you guarantee that the media will contact
me and/or pick up my news release?
Yes, we guarantee it. Your press release, when approved by our editors will get picked up by one the 2 top news distribution sources in the world: Google News or Yahoo News. In addition we guarantee at least 1 media resource and news website with at least 500,000 unique visits per month will run your release as well. In most cases your release will show up within 72 hours – Business days.

Other Media: each journalist, reporter, media outlet, etc. has there own criteria on what is "news worthy".

There is no magical formula for "getting picked up".
Let us repeat that because it’s an important statement:
There is no magical formula for "getting picked up".

That said...
We've seen press release from individuals and small companies get picked up by everybody, even when the subject matter only targets a small audience. We've also seen the reverse where a large company release news that should appeal to the general public and it gets little coverage.

There are so many factors, "slow news day" or "heavy news day", the headline, the writing, that it's impossible to predict results.

What we can guarantee:
We will deliver your press release to the proper media outlets and to the proper person(s) in that media outlet.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the results of your press release we will send another one free of charge, guaranteed. Read more about our guaranteed commitment to your successful press release.

+ & - Will you critique my press release?
Yes and No.

We will offer industry standards and tips for the best structure.
At our review step, we look for errors in format, length, contact info, etc.
If requested, we will suggest style, different content and we will provide additional copy that we think will improve your press release.
We usually do not write the content from scratch, you are normally the best source for that, unless you are requesting SEO Optimization.
